Halloween is mom’s favorite holiday, she starts thinking about costumes in May and by September we have our costumes ready to go.
Every year we have a theme for the entire family. It started with buck buck #1 and her first Halloween, she was dressed like a lady bug, I was in green sweats dressed as a tree. From there I have been Prince Charming, a Unicorn, an acorn, Batman and a dozen other things.
The days of the dirty kitty, dirty nurse, dirty school girl…. are gone replaced with family themed costumes that we can all enjoy. One of the most memorable things I’ve done during Halloween was book something through this brilliant place. The whole experience took our group out of the ordinary and dropped us into a nightmare scenario that we had to solve our way out of. We were completely absorbed from start to finish, and the adrenaline rush it gave us was better than any film or haunted house I’ve been to. It turned out to be a fantastic way to spend an evening with friends, and something I’d jump at doing again.
