Yes, Baconfest is a veritable blend of bacon, great chef’s bacon, amazing drinks, bacon, charity, bacon and yes the meat sweats! It’s perfect.
This year, the folks at Baconfest are offering up early bird pricing (though if you think about it, they should call it early swine?:). The point is they are offering up early bird/swine pricing, giving you the opportunity to give the gift of Baconfest at a discounted price!

Early bird tickets will go on sale TODAY! Dec 7 (VIP are $175 and General Admission are $75 – full price is $200 and $100 respectively). This is the first year that GA tickets have gone on sale early at a discount in time for the holidays.
Last year we attended the VIP party and it was a mouth-watering festival of yummy goodness! By the time the GA opened up, we were full, happy and off to the t-shirt stand…yes they have Baconfest t-shirts that look like the Chicago flag!

Baconfest will also be on the last weekend of April: Sat 4/30 and Sun 5/1 (no Friday session this year).
Also new this year are themes for each session with featured drink pairings:
Sat Lunch: 4/30-Sweet theme with Tiki cocktails
Sat Dinner: 4/30-Smoke theme with Old Fashioned’s – ATTN PR People, I would like to be here, in a recliner, next to William the Refrigerator Perry with people serving us if possibleJ
Sun Brunch: 5/1-Heat theme with Bloody Marys
